Registration Options


Dear THE Beltane Attendee,

There are no refunds for this event. Should we be forced to cancel the event, we will transfer your registration money to the next year.

Because of the changing landscape of the COVID-19 pandemic, THE may require any of the following of all Event Staff and attendees: 

  • Proof of all CDC recommended vaccinations and boosters at least two weeks prior to the start date of the Event. 
  • Either a physical vaccination card or a photo will suffice. Proof of negative COVID tests. You will be given at least two weeks’ notice of what type of testing will be accepted if we choose to require it.
  • Masking in indoors areas.
  • Other possible mitigation as determined by us before or during the event.

We have discovered the need to restructure the way we do registration. Moving forward we will be capping the event at 250, and each pricing bracket (early, regular, late) will have a limited time period in which they are available. Because we are capping the event at 250, day passes will only be available for purchase on site. 


Choose your rate! We know some people like to wait until later dates to register in order to support the event. You may now select which rate you'd like to pay, but only as long as that rate is available.

  • Regular Rate - 11:59pm on Sunday, January 26, 2025
  • Late Rate - Ends when sold out or when registration closes at 11:59pm on Sunday, April 13, 2025, whichever comes first.

One of the things we love most about our events is the sense of community you, the attendees, create, bring and foster at them. Over the years we've witnessed many random acts of kindness, selfless behavior and general niceness toward others.

Pay it forward! Donating money to help bring deserving people who can't afford it to the event is a great way to pay forward kindness.     These Private Rooms are in the White House They're convenient to the parking field and removed from the noise of the event. They have shared bathrooms.

    NOTE:
    Private Rooms are non-refundable.
    Private rooms are NOT considered 'Accessible'; they all require you to climb stairs to get them.
    Only 1 of you needs to purchase a private room. The other(s) staying with you can select 'Commuting' as their housing choice.
    •Whitehouse Private Rooms are in the White House and placement is solely at the discretion of the Event coordinator

    These Private Rooms are in the newly updated cabins G-N and they all feature en-ensuite, private bathrooms. These Private Rooms are closer to the heart of the event, have more foot traffic near them and are a bit louder, though not much.

    Private Rooms are non-refundable.
    Private rooms are NOT considered 'Accessible'; they all require you to climb stairs to get them.
    Only 1 of you needs to purchase a private room. The other(s) staying with you can select 'Commuting' as their housing choice.
    •Fireside Private Rooms are located in Cabins G-N and placement is solely at the discretion of the Event coordinator

    We have limited space for RVs outside of the parking field. This space is assigned on a first-paid, first-served basis.
    Any RV over 35' must remain in the parking field for the event.
    There are no full electric, septic or water hookups available.
    If you arrive outside of check in hours, you will have to park your RV in the parking field until check in opens the next morning.

Event Rules

THE is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable experience for everyone. To that end, the Event Rules are reviewed and updated each year to be as current and applicable as possible. Please take a few minutes to review the Updated Event Rules so you know what to expect when you arrive on site.

Terms, Waivers, Etc

Please bring a legal, government issued Photo ID with you to the event which matches the name on your registration. You will be turned away from the event if you do not have an ID or your ID does not match the name on your registration.

Because of the changing landscape of the COVID-19 pandemic, THE may require any of the following of all Event Staff and attendees:

•Either a physical vaccination card or a photo will suffice.
•Proof of negative COVID tests. You will be given at least two weeks’ notice of what type of testing will be accepted if we choose to require it.
•Masking in indoors areas.
•Other possible mitigation as determined by us before or during the event.

All Attendees must be off site by 1pm on the final day of the Event.

Though this event is largely clothing-optional, nudity is not an invitation for harassment. You may be ejected from the Site without refund for inappropriate behavior.

Behaving in an illegal, dangerous or disruptive fashion, being in possession of illegal devices or substances, or violation of the Event Rules or the Event Terms of service, or refusal to follow the instructions of the Site or Event Staff during a declared emergency may also be grounds for ejection from the Event Site without refund.

Vaping, smoking, incense and open flames are not permitted in any building, on any porch, or in any event space. If you are responsible for a a smoke alarm being set off you will bear sole responsible for any and all fines resulting in such action.

Companion animals and pets are not permitted at the event. Service animals are welcome; please let us know in advance if you are bringing one. We do ask that any service animals be up-to-date on any required vaccinations and that you be prepared to provide proof of vaccination in case of an incident.

I do understand that there is some possibility I may contract COVID while at the Event, and I do hereby hold harmless Turtle Hill Events LLC (THE), the Event Staff and the staff and management of Ramblewood Retreat Center (Site) if this occurs, as will my heirs and assigns.

In the event that I test positive for COVID while at the Event, I do understand that I may be asked to leave the Event immediately and that my registration fees will not be refunded.
I, the undersigned, do hereby state my intention to participate in THE Beltane April 30th– May 4th, 2025 (Event). I am cognizant of the hazards to my person and property presented by such participation and do fully and completely assume such risks solely to myself, holding all others harmless from liability for such damages or injury as I may suffer thereby. Especially do I hold harmless Turtle Hill Events Inc (THE), the Event Staff and the staff and management of Ramblewood Retreat Center (Site).

I do understand and acknowledge that by attending the event there is a possibility I may be photographed. While THE works hard to ensure my privacy, they cannot guarantee I will not be photographed, given the prevalence of cameras in all types of electronic devices.

I do understand that the Event is clothing optional and by attending I do consent to being seen in any state of dress or undress by attendees and Event Staff. I do further acknowledge and agree that by attending the event I do consent to being seen by any Site staff or other contracted service staff that may be on the Site for regular or necessary site maintenance, deliveries, or other services.

I do understand and agree that THE may, at its discretion, revoke any registration by refunding any monies received. Finally, I understand and agree that THE may revoke my Event registration without refund and remove me from the Site if I behave in an illegal, dangerous or disruptive fashion, or if I refuse to follow the instructions of the Site or Event Staff during a declared emergency.

The Event Organizer will offer partial credit towards future events, as is possible.
Private rooms, coffee club, mugs and customized mugs are all non-refundable.
No refunds will be given for customer text errors on customized coffee mugs.
Meals are non-refundable after April 16, 2025.
